The Model 4 is the latest generation of the Ultimate Sorter!
The sorter comes with everything you need to get started
including the Standard Sorting Tray,
3 plastic collection bins and
even a trash bag for collection of the 22s.
The optional sorting trays will further refine the contents of each bin.

Operation is as simple as keeping the hopper full!

The continuous duty rated commercial vibrating motor will move the cases down our patented sorting tray collecting like size cases in the appropriate bin.
While designed primarily for sorting pistol cases, almost any combination of cases will flow through the machine and not stop the operation.(*)

The bag below the input hopper will accumulate .22 rimfire cases and most dust and debris. (Not shown in some photos.)

Bin 1 collects 9MM cases, .380, and other smaller caliber cases. 5.56/223 will also be collected in this bin.

Bin 2 collects 40 Cal S&W and 38SPL/357 Magnums.

Bin 3 collects 45 ACP, 44 Magnum, 50 AE, and all other larger cases.

3 collection bins are included. Additional bins are available at your local home center or large mart store. They make great covered storage for your sorted cases.
* The only troublsome cases we have found are the seldom seen 41 Magnum.
The 41 Magnum cases will collect in the sorting slot and require a quick and simple removal.
Current model sorters do not require a speed control as seen in our early videos and are designed to run continuously at full speed.
Regardless of rating, sorters must never be left unattended while running.
UPS Signature Option: All sorters are shipped via UPS and require a signature on delivery.
If you select "No signature required", UPS will, at their discretion, leave the package without obtaining a signature. We cannot accept responsibility for a loss if you select this option.

Simple hand tools are required for minor assembly.
